Right now, we offer delivery services throughout India. While international shipping isn’t available just yet, we’re working hard to expand and serve customers worldwide in the future.
After you place an order, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated delivery time. We typically deliver within 3-8 business days, depending on where you are located.
If delivery attempts fail due to issues like an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our delivery partner will make two additional attempts. If the problem continues, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, we’ll give you the option to request re-delivery, but please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
We take extra care in packing your products securely. However, if you happen to receive a damaged item, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide us with photos of the damage. If your order is lost during transit, we will work closely with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the outcome, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
