Once we receive and inspect the returned product, and confirm it meets our quality standards, we’ll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be sent to the payment method you originally used. 

Refunds are only given for items that are in perfect condition. Unfortunately, if an item shows signs of damage or wear, it may not qualify for a refund.
